You can manage your account with various settings, such as uploading a profile photo and changing your password. All actions described in this article are performed on the client portal's Settings page.

Upload photo
Zodra je je hebt geregistreerd op TaxDome als klant, kun je een foto uploaden zodat je belastingadviseur je kan identificeren:
1. Click the pencil icon next to Account details, then click on Upload photo to add a photo. To update an existing photo, click Upload new.
2. Locate the photo you want to upload, then crop it to fit.
3. Click Save.
Change password
Your password is usually created during registration, but you can change it anytime.
Note: You can only change your password by logging into the client portal. If you have lost access to the portal, you should reset your password using Forgot password.
1. Click Reset password in the Profile access section and confirm your action.
2. Find the email in your inbox and click Reset password. Note: The link expires after 24 hours.
Note: If you can't find the email with the link, our tips will help you.
3. Create a new password for your account. It should contain at least 8 characters, including one letter and number. Enter the password twice and click Set new password. Your password will be updated, and you will be redirected to your account.
Change email
You cannot change your email address yourself because this information is associated with your portal account. Contact your company to change your email address.
Change session duration
By default, you stay signed in for 8 hours after entering your credentials. You can decrease the session duration to 4 hours or 30 minutes.
1. Click the pencil icon next to Login details.
2. Select the duration.
3. Click Save.
Change portal language
English is the client portal's default language. However, you can change it to Danish, Dutch, English (US, Australian and UK), French, Finnish, German, Italian, Japanese, Norwegian, Portuguese (including Brazilian Portuguese), Romanian, Spanish or Swedish if you are more comfortable with them.
Choose your desired language in the International settings section. Changes will be saved automatically.
